Colleagues. One track. One leaderboard.
At a company event, not everyone dances and not everyone likes games on stage. Anyone can get behind the wheel, and the leaderboard gives the whole evening something to talk about.
We bring a real racing simulator, set it up before the event starts and run the racing all evening. Your team just has to drive.
Made for
- Team building. Department against department, team averages, a final between the fastest.
- Christmas parties and company celebrations. Entertainment colleagues try themselves, not just watch.
- Client and partner events. A shared activity and a leaderboard make an easy start to a conversation.
- Office days and conference breaks. The rig stands where people walk past anyway.

How to run a competition
We have one simulator, so the race is against the clock: everyone drives the same track in the same car, and their time goes on the leaderboard. Simple, fair and clear to everyone.
Possible formats:
- Open leaderboard. Everyone sets a lap; at the end we announce the fastest.
- Team scores. We add up the times of each team’s drivers.
- A final. The best drivers of the night go again, and the prize-giving happens in front of everyone.
We agree the exact format in advance, based on headcount and the length of the event. We can show the leaderboard during the event, and you choose the prizes.
We can set up an extra screen for spectators.
For beginners and regulars
Many colleagues may never have sat in a simulator. Our operator fits the seat, switches on the assists and the racing line, and shows the controls. Those who race at home every night can switch it all off. Both will have fun.
We handle everything
- We bring it in our own van and arrive 45 minutes before the event starts.
- We set up and test the wheel, pedals, screen and timing.
- Our operator works the whole event: helping drivers, running the leaderboard, announcing the winners.
- After the event we pack everything up and take it away.
All you need is space and a socket: about 3.2 × 3.8 m and one normal 230 V socket.
